100% Pinot Meunier from a parcel of 60 y-o vines; product of a single vintage, vinified in oak barrels, with no malolactic fermentation, and no batonage; aged for a minimum 5 years in bottle 'sur lattes'. Dosage  3g/l.  Fine mousse, beguiling aromatics, flavours intense and complex with a long, long finish.  Unique, distinguished Champagne.
