Classic, unoaked Chablis. Jean-François owns a number of parcels of vines in the village of Maligny and vinifies the fruit entirely in stainless steel vats in order to obtain the purest possible expression of the chardonnay grape. Aged for nine months on the fine lees before bottling with screwcap.
